Calling all Hip-Hop heads, Spin Cycle has made it to a city near you! The Infusion Project and No Sucker DJ’s have teamed up and created Spin Cycle – our mind blowing monthly Hip Hop show at The Ruby Room that features San Diego’s best up and coming Hip Hop DJs and MC’s, with a couple of surprises thrown in there as well.

For our first show we are pleased to bring you, all the way from Las Vegas: Musab “Sab The Artist” performing live. Sab is one of the co-founding members of indie Hip Hop label Rhymesayers Entertainment and member of Dynospectrum which includes Slug and Ant of Atmosphere. His solo catalog includes the vinyl EP “Actin Rich”, “The BE-side” tape, “Respect the Life”, Slicks Box “and his most recent release “Sab The Artist EP” which has garnered rave reviews. Opening up for Sab on the MIC we have San Diego natives and crowd favorites Daygo Produce and Parker & The NumberMan performing live. Keeping the beats flowing all night on the 1’s and 2’s we have some of San Diego’s most recognized DJ’s – Tramlife, L and Collagey, spinning the best Hip Hop you’ll ever hear.

Master Ian Dunn will be celebrating his birthday this week as well, and this will be one of the wild party nights involved in this sordid affair!

We are very excited to announce that along with Vitamin we’re bringing you a night of absolute intimate techno awesomeness, Justin Martin over at the Ruby Room!! This special event will be sure to hit capacity. Justin Martin is a world renowned DJ and producer who has been with Dirty Bird Records since the very beginning.

Feeding off the energy of the San Francisco underground and mentored by fellow super producer Claude VonStroke, Justin was intrinsically involved with the development of dirtybird records, appearing on its first four releases. Justin was soon ready to take flight, releasing a string of solo EPs which flaunted a very unique sound and garnered still more respect among fellow DJS and heavyweight’s of the scene.

As well as his formidable arsenal of original productions, Justin is now equally known for his collaborations with his brother Christian as The Martin Brothers, producing such hip-hop influenced hits as ‘Duckface’, ‘Stoopit’, ‘Dum’. Justin has also made his mark remixing such bona fide classics as Radiohead’s ‘Nude’, Marshall Jefferson’s ‘Mushrooms’, and TG’s ‘Revox’, firmly establishing himself as the man to make big tracks even bigger.
